Registration Dates

Early Bird Registrations:
1^st February to 15^th April 2027

Presenters are required to register for the Conference by 15^th April 2027, to confirm participation, or else presentation/s may be withdrawn:  1 May 2027

Registrations:
15^th April to 15^th June, 2027

Late registrations:
15^th June to 5^th July, 2027

The full conference fees for registered delegates include (for one person) access to:

• Conference bag with programme, abstracts book, lanyard & name badge 
• All general session presentations (Papers, Posters, Workshops, Demonstrations, Symposia/Round Tables) 
• Concerts
• Exhibition – access to music vendors 
• Morning and afternoon breaks 
• Lunches X 4
• Opening ceremony and Welcome Reception 
• Closing Ceremony
• Tours at own expense. 

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend with PASMAE Conference delegates. Please advise on your form if you wish to bring an accompanying person. Accompanying persons must be registered through a delegate/presenter registration.

Accompanying persons’ fee includes (for one person) access to (but does not include any of the presentations):

• Programme, name badge 
• Concerts 
• Exhibition – access to music vendors  
• Opening ceremony and Welcome Reception 
• Closing Ceremony
• Tours at own expense.

Cancellation Policy – no refunds on cancellations are permitted
